Avenue Ballroom is a unique setting for a wide variety of
events: Business Meetings, Luncheons, Corporate Functions/Parties,
Receptions, Showers, Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties,
etc. Our establishment opens to the public, but
is not limited to, Monday through Friday at 4 PM, Saturdays
at 6 PM. We are open until 2 AM every evening.
Sundays are available for private parties by calling 248-735-4011
ahead of time. 5th
Avenue offers two separate floors with billiard tables
as well as a rooftop deck during the warmer months.
We also have a stage with a premium sound system, and
a large screen for a projector. The entire second
floor can be rented out privately Sunday through Tuesday
evenings. The room rental fee can be discussed with
a 5th Avenue manager. 5th Avenue allows guests to
bring their own band (or we can recommend one) for an
added charge of $250.00 for a sound technician and audio
usage, plus the band's fee. We offer a full buffet
with many menu options (see Party Buffet Menu).

a buffet/catering menu.
The only
times we do not take reservations are Fridays and Saturdays
after 8 PM, unless the party has 400 or more people.

- We only accept reservations of 10 or more people.
Our establishment
offers a high class, yet relaxed atmosphere. We
are a one of a kind venue. Let us accommodate your
party, from as little as 10 people, to as large as 450
people. Come by yourself, bring your friends or
the entire office. Our goal is to serve you.
