PRIVATE BOOKINGS:
POLICIES & PROTOCOL
In an
effort to provide the best service possible and to facilitate your
party planning experience, we have noted a few items concerning our
party planning policies below.
ATTENDANCE
We require a final attendance number guarantee 48 hours prior to the
scheduled function unless other arrangements have been approved in
writing. The guarantee is the minimum number of guests for
which your group will be charged. We will prepare to serve 3%
over your guaranteed number of guests. If a final number is
not received by the catering office 48 hours prior to the function,
we will consider your last estimate to be the number of guests per
your guarantee.
HEALTH CODE
No food, beverages, or alcohol shall be brought into the restaurant
or catering location by the customer or attendees from out-side
sources unless approved in advance by the catering coordinator.
In addition, no food or beverage may be removed from the restaurant
or catering location upon completion of function due to local health
regulations.
GRATUITY & TAXES
A 20% service charge and current sales tax will be added to all food
and beverage purchases.
LIABILITY/LEGAL
Fifth Avenue does not assume any responsibility for the damage or
loss of any merchandise or article left in the restaurant or
catering location prior to or following any function.
All federal, state,
and local laws/ordinances regarding the purchase and consumption of
food and beverages are strictly followed. Michigan law
prohibits the service of alcoholic beverages to any person under the
age of 21. Michigan law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic
beverages by any person under the age of 21.
